Three Ohio women and one from Michigan were killed in a head-on collision in Osage County Sunday.
According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the collision happened at about 4:30 p.m. Sunday on Oklahoma 11 east of Barnsdall.
Christine Fulghum's 2006 Dodge Caravan, which was heading east on Oklahoma 11, was struck head on by a truck which crossed over the highway.
After the truck and Fulghum's van collided, a third vehicle also heading east, a 2001 Dodge Ram, crashed into Fulghum's vehicle from behind, according to the OHP.
Troopers said Fulgham and the three other passengers of her van died at the scene after being pinned inside the vehicle for about five hours before being freed by Barnsdall firefighters.
Troopers identified the van's passengers as 85-year-old Martha Jacobs and Lavonne Gantt, both of Toledo, Ohio, and 84-year-old Norma Otterstetter of Southgate, Mich.
